"Upon Mr. Zito and contracting with him to build our "Dream"
home, one thing was very apparent, Jody's thoroughness and
honesty. In fact, Jody is the only contractor I've ever
dealt with that I could honestly say I could give a "Blank
Cheque" to build our home and not have a worry that every
penny would go where it was meant to be.
We
were blessed the day Jody Zito came into our lives and we
give the Lord thanks we were able to find a builder with
Jody's stature.
Our home is sound and well constructed... We
would ask Jody Zito to build us another home with all
honesty and would not have a split second hesitation.
